Fairy Art is becoming more popular every day. There are some excellent books on the market for those who would like to learn this fascinating art form. Highly recommended is a book by world known artist Linda Ravenscroft called How to Draw and Paint Fairies. This fairy art book has easy to follow drawings and the author shows how to capture the grace and movement of fairy postures. There is also information on colour mixing.

Another excellent book is Painting Fairies in Watercolour by Paul Bryn Davies. The author starts by giving an overview of the basic materials needed to create fairy art and goes on to show how to draw fairies including how to take a photograph of a family member and adjusting it to create your own original fairy art.

Enchanting Fairies by Barbara Lanza is a wonderful book with step by step instuctions on how to create beautiful fairy pictures. Highly recommended.
